Your Radlo Achievement Index:

While your score shows that you may have some work to do in order to prepare your organization to grow, you are on your way. Simply by taking this assessment and seeing this result, you are armed with two of the greatest strengths: a commitment to your company and the knowledge that something needs to change.

As it stands, your score indicates that there is work to be done before you look to grow your company. This does not mean that your organization is flawed, it simply means that there is an opportunity to build a stronger foundation. Just like in building a house, the foundation always needs to come first.

Your organization should be able to clearly articulate your vision, mission, and critical success factors, and be able to point to your current goals and key results that drive your organization to support all of the above.

As a first step, I encourage you to look at your Critical Success Factors (CSFs). These are the elements that are necessary for an organization to achieve its mission. You must make sure you are clear here before looking toward growth. Here are a few examples of CSFs for you to consider:

  • Ensure best of breed quality
  • Maintain a competitive cost structure
  • Ensure only motivated, well-trained contributors exist at every level of the organization
  • Enhance research and development efforts
  • Increase revenue
  • Grow emerging leaders

Once you have identified your critical success factors, create Goals and Key Results that will help you achieve them. By continually iterating this process, you will work toward establishing a solid foundation for growth.
